3M champions industry role models

3M announces the sponsorship of the Science and Engineering category at WeAreTheCity’s 2022 Rising Stars award.

Now in their eighth year, the Rising Star awards focus on the achievements of women below senior management level. Their aim is to support the next generation of future leaders across a range of industries and professions.

The awards celebrate the achievements of more than 750 women (650 in the UK and 100 in India). The awards also recognise the efforts of senior leaders who are championing gender equality.

Plus, there will be a spotlight on a “company of the year” that is actively supporting its female talent pipeline above and beyond industry norms.

It is run by WeAreTheCity – an online forum for professional women who want to enhance their skills and build external networks.
