Durable says flexibility is the future

Not only that, Durable is also making the workplace more ergonomically friendly – and more aesthetically pleasing – for a happier workforce.

For #NationalClearUpYourOfficeDay, Durable notes a recent study by CMI Workplace. It states a strong office design can make staff up to 33% happier at work. Plus, happier staff are more productive too.

Additional studies show that staff are 37% better at selling and display three times more creativity than their unhappy counterparts.
