InUfficio Conference Brings Members, Agents & Suppliers Together

The Annual InUfficio Day conference was heralded a success by those that took part. It was an engaging format where members, agents and suppliers could mix and learn the latest from contemporaries and trailblazers in their industry.

Held at the Hotel Meliá in Milan on the 14th July the conference brought together 17 members, 87 agents, and 34 suppliers cumulating in just over 350 meetings that took place alongside the exhibition and keynote speeches that this event is renown for.

Now in its 10th year, the event is the inspired opportunity for agents to meet suppliers to meet and gleam both product and industry knowledge. The exhibition also illustrated the leading edge of office suppliers and the products making a mark.

The experience of previously run events facilitated 30 minute slot meetings, where agents and members could “meet the supplier” throughout the day.

The 1000m2 of exhibition stands from Suppliers were divided into two areas: one focused on the Office Sector, another dedicated to General Services and also a large area dedicated to individual safety devices and work clothes.

Adriano Alessio, Chief Executive Officer of the Group, took a keynote speech to underline that “Agents need to grasp the evolving office environment and move with the changing market. Fresh eyes are necessary, relying on what-worked-in-the-past, will not take you forward”

Adriano continued talking about how professionalism and competence are needed alongside value. This enables vendors to favourably compares on the national stage.

Adriano also talked of how pure e-commerce portals should not be demonized, emphasising that they are today not even worth 2% of the retail market in this territory.

During his final speech, Alessio wanted to wish everyone a continued road to success in 2022 and beyond.

The event ended with:

• The awarding of the Vendor Award 2022: This saw U-Power win the as the most engaging supplier
• and finally, the essential (and delicious) dinner
