Mark Dorn appointed as Executive Vice President at Henkel

As of 1st February, Mark Dorn was appointed Executive Vice President and Member of the Henkel Management Board.

Mark is currently Senior Vice President at Henkel with responsibility for the Adhesive Technologies business in the Asia-Pacific region. Within his new role Mark will be responsible for the Adhesive Technologies unit. He succeeds Jan-Dirk Auris, who will leave the company at the end of January 2023 after around 35 years of successful service.

He brings a wide range of experience from other leading companies in the chemical industry to his new role. During his career, Mark has successfully managed various operating business areas in Germany and abroad and held leadership positions in different functions such as marketing and strategy.

Dr. Simone Bagel-Trah, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board and Shareholders’ Committee of Henkel said: “This is an excellent foundation to successfully advance our Adhesive Technologies business and take it to the next level. We wish him all the best and success for his new role.”
