Johanna Basford teams up with STAEDTLER

Illustrator Johanna Basford has teamed up with STAEDTLER and CASS ART for a new collaboration aimed at promoting mindfulness through creativity.

Launching alongside Basford’s latest adult colouring book, Wonderful Wildflowers, the partnership will feature a curated collection of the artist’s favourite STAEDTLER products and selected works, available exclusively through CASS ART stores and online. The campaign encourages people to step away from screens and embrace analogue creativity as a way to relax and improve wellbeing.

Basford, whose colouring books have sold more than 25 million copies worldwide, said the collaboration was designed to inspire people to “put down their devices and pick up a pencil.” She added that she has used STAEDTLER products since art school and continues to create her illustrations using the brand’s pigment liners.
