Avery acquisition

Global manufacturing conglomerate CCL Industries has purchased direct-to-consumer online business Easy2Name (E2N) for its label maker subsidiary Avery.

This is the seventh acquisition by CCL since it bought Avery in 2013. However, the latest acquisition is part of a number of measures to build CCL’s rapidly expanding portfolio of web-to-print technologies.
