Avery’s double digit growth

Label maker Avery is celebrating after hitting double digit growth in its direct to consumer business category.
At FY2019, Avery’s revenue hit C$739 million (US$556 million). A currency-adjusted year-on-year increase of 3% and also the first time since 2015 that Avery has achieved annual organic growth.
Geoff Martin, CEO of parent company CCL Industries, says sales improvement is due to the pick-up in the direct-to-consumer segment, where growth hit double-digits.
Avery hopes to approach $200 million in direct to consumer revenue in 2020.
