BIC Appoints new Chief Financial & Digital Officer

BIC announced that Grégory Lambertie will join the company as Chief Financial & Digital Officer on 5th January 2026.

In this role, Lambertie will lead global finance, M&A, and IT functions, report directly to CEO Rob Versloot, and become a member of BIC’s Executive Committee. He succeeds the interim CFO, Chris Dayton, who will continue overseeing the transition.

Lambertie brings over 20 years of experience in financial leadership, strategic growth, and digital transformation. He most recently served as CFO and Executive Committee member at Worldline and previously held senior roles at Ernst & Young, Lehman Brothers, Trilantic Europe, and Ondra Partners. Lambertie is a graduate of HEC Paris and Sciences Po Paris. BIC CEO Rob Versloot praised Lambertie’s expertise, noting it will be instrumental in strengthening the company’s global organisation and preparing for future growth.

By integrating finance and IT under his leadership, the company aims to accelerate its next stage of growth with enhanced digital agility. Lambertie will be based at BIC’s headquarters in Clichy, France, starting 5th January 2026, ensuring a smooth transition under Dayton’s interim guidance.
