Global stationery giant, BIC joins pledge to a more diverse workforce.

BIC is now part of CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion (CEO Action). The largest CEO-driven business commitment of its kind.

By taking this pledge, BIC is committing to take action to ensure the company’s culture welcomes diverse perspectives. It also celebrates and experiences and encourages open conversations.    

BIC joins more than 1,500 CEOs worldwide in signing the CEO action pledge.
