The event will bring together the BLOC community for a day focused on business growth, collaboration and forward-thinking discussion about the future of the industry.
The conference will open with a welcome from BLOC Chairman Aidan McDonough, followed by Managing Director Jeanette Caswell, who will outline the group’s vision and priorities as BLOC continues to evolve as a stronger, more connected community.
Guest speaker Damian Hughes, internationally recognised for his work on high performance and leadership, will deliver a keynote exploring mindset, culture and how teams can consistently achieve results.
Breakout sessions and industry insight
Alongside the keynote sessions, delegates will be able to take part in panel discussions and focused breakout sessions designed for specific roles within member businesses.
These include:
- Ignite Your Sales, led by Gary Naphtali, Managing Director of Sales Perfect Ltd, sharing practical strategies for sales and account management teams
- The Future of Sourcing and Buying for Success, presented by Simon McLoughlin of B2B Product Consultancy

The partnership combines the expertise of Sales Perfect, Bid Perfect and Perfect Media, providing specialist support across sales performance, bid and tender success, and management development through BLOC’s Pioneer programme.
