BPGI Announce Executive Board Committee

Following its recent Board of Managers meeting, Business Products Group International (BPGI) has
announced its Executive Board Committee for 2024 and 2025, as voted for by the Board of Managers.

Aidan McDonough, Integra’s CEO, was unanimously reappointed as Chairman together with Tim
Beaumont, Managing Director of Nemo Office Club, as Treasurer. Arnold Theuws, CEO of Quantore,
joins the Board as Vice Chairman.

New Vice Chairman and CEO of Quantore, Arnold Theuws, comments “I’m happy with the
confidence the BPGI members have given me to me to take up the position of Vice Chairperson in
the Executive Board Committee. An organisation like BPGI, as with Quantore, needs loyal and
engaged members. We are all operating in a very challenging marketplace in which things we do
today need to improve for tomorrow.”

Additionally, the Board would like to thank Andrea Ghidini for his contributions over the last 2 years,
who steps down as Vice Chairman.
