BPGI Member Integra Business Solutions Merges to Form BLOC Group

BPGI member Integra Business Solutions has received shareholder approval for its merger with Office Friendly. The combined company will launch as BLOC Group in July 2025.
Aidan McDonough, currently Integra’s CEO, will become Chairman of BLOC Group. Jeanette Caswell, Office Friendly’s Managing Director, will serve as Managing Director of the merged entity.
McDonough explained the rationale: “This is a bold step forward in creating a stronger, more agile organisation that’s better positioned to serve our members and key partners in an evolving marketplace.”
The merger combines two established organisations focused on supporting independent dealers through enhanced services and collaboration.
Caswell highlighted the benefits for dealers: “Through greater economies of scale and our combined expertise and resource, we look forward to unlocking new potential for growth, collaboration, and long-term success.”
The merger aims to provide dealers with stronger support systems and expanded service offerings through the combined resources of both companies.
Both organisations are already working on integration planning to ensure a smooth transition. The official transfer will complete in early July, with a detailed update to follow.
This merger reflects the ongoing consolidation in the business solutions sector, as companies seek stronger market positions through strategic partnerships. For BPGI and the broader dealer community, it represents increased investment in support infrastructure.
The BLOC Group formation demonstrates how mergers can create value for both the organisations involved and their extensive member networks.
