Fellowes announces acquisition of Classicom

Office products company, Fellowes Brands, announces the acquisition of Classicom.

However, Fellowes will only acquire certain assets of the brand, including archival, storage and filing products.

The privately-owned Belgian company will join the Fellowes Bankers Box category. It will also integrate and rebrand under the Bankers Box brand over time.

It hopes to serve the Belgium as well as Luxembourg markets and will strengthen the offering of Fellowes’ European markets.
