Fellowes survey reveals educators’ concerns over classroom air quality

A recent survey by Fellowes, a leading workplace solutions company, reveals that 64% of K-12 educators in North America find the air quality in their classrooms unsatisfactory.
The Clean Air Survey of North American Educators by Fellowes highlights that only 36% of U.S. teachers and 13% of Canadian teachers rate their classroom air as “good” or “excellent.”
Additionally, 83% express concerns that poor indoor air quality contributes to respiratory illnesses, including COVID-19. Despite these concerns, nearly half report a lack of necessary technology to improve air quality, and only 23% of requests for improvements are approved.
