New CEO for Offix Group

Swiss OP supplier Offix Group has appointed a new CEO.

Martin Kelterborn is set to take the helm on 1 September 2018 ahead of the company’s planned management takeover by purchasing cooperative Papeteristen-Einkaufsgenossenschaft (PEG), which is being renamed Papedis.

Kelterborn joins from DIY and car accessories wholesaler Tegro where he was CEO for ten years.

Prior to that he headed the procurement, marketing and sales departments at Migros subsidiary Office World.

Current Offix CEO Peter Bühler will oversee the operational management duties as part of the succession plan and assist Kelterborn through the introductory phase.

Bühler will remain Chairman of the board until PEG takes control in January 2019.

Offix was formed in 2016 following the merger of PEG and the Ecomedia Group. At the end of 2017, it reported sales of around CHF300 million ($315 million) making it one of Switzerland’s leading office supplies players.
