Newell Brands Announces Board and Chairman Refresh

On 10th February Newell Brands announced a series of steps to refresh the company’s Board of Directors and its leadership.

Robert Steele will succeed Patrick Campbell as Chairman and Gary Hu was nominated to the board.

Bridget Ryan Berman, Chair of the Nominating/Governance Committee said: “Today’s announcements, in conjunction with the earlier appointment of Stephanie Stahl to the Board, demonstrate our strong commitment to succession planning, proactive refreshment of the Board, and improving the Board’s diversity.”
