Sofidel donates to hospital

Sofidel continues its pledge to support others during the pandemic by giving a hospital in Italy an ultrasound machine.

The health and emergency services have been invaluable during the Covid-19 pandemic. As such, the Sofidel Group has donated two ultrasound scanner machines. The machines, with a value of approximately 70,000 euros, were given to the San Luca Hospital in Lucca.

The donation is the result of a voluntary collection – the economic equivalent in hours of work, leave or holidays – activated by Sofidel people in the Lucca province, then doubled by the Company.
