Youth rugby’s winning try with Henkel’s Make an Impact on Tomorrow programme

Since 1998, Henkel has been supporting employees and retirees in their social volunteering activities through the corporate citizenship initiative, Make an Impact on Tomorrow.

Westmanstown Youth Rugby Club and applied for funding to buy the team new match jerseys to ensure they looked smart on the pitch as they faced the competition.

Ruth Kelly, Head of PD Packaging & Special Projects with Henkel Ireland, is one of the coaches with the 2009 team and is one of many members of Henkel who spend their time avidly volunteering with events and organisations.
