Integra & Office Friendly Complete Merger to Form BLOC Group
BPGi member Integra Business Solutions and Office Friendly have now officially merged, marking the creation of BLOC Group – a major new force in the business supplies industry.
By bringing together decades of expertise in marketing, purchasing, business development, operations, and technology, BLOC is set to become the leading membership organisation in the sector. Its goal: to empower independent dealers with the tools, resources, and community they need to achieve sustainable growth in a fast-changing market.
The workplace continues to evolve, with hybrid working, sustainability, and shifting customer expectations reshaping the landscape. Dealers today face greater challenges in staying visible and competitive, especially across an increasingly crowded set of marketing channels. BLOC has been formed to tackle these challenges head-on, combining unrivalled marketing and training solutions with access to the right partnerships, products, and services.
Aidan McDonough, Chairman of BLOC, commented:
“This is a pivotal moment for the industry, our team, members and key partners. By combining the strengths of two market-leading organisations, we have created an unrivalled platform of expertise and support. BLOC will be at the forefront of change, giving independent dealers the confidence, knowledge, and resources to seize new opportunities and deliver even greater value to customers.”
The integration of the two businesses is already well underway, with the new BLOCHub membership portal currently in development. BLOCHub will give members one simple access point to services, solutions and self-serve content – offering the insight and tools needed to stay competitive and grow.
Jeanette Caswell, Managing Director of BLOC, added:
“We are incredibly excited about the future as BLOC and the benefits our combined resources, industry leading solutions and new initiatives will bring to our members and key partners. It’s been brilliant to see both teams working together behind the scenes to bring our organisations together as seamlessly as possible. I would also like to thank our members and partners for their continued support and patience whilst we have been going through this merger process.”
Members can look forward to innovative marketing programmes, smarter purchasing opportunities, valuable technology partnerships, industry-leading sustainability initiatives, and enhanced training – all supported by a dedicated business development team.
Barrie Hayes, CEO of BPGi, welcomed the news:
“Integra has been a valued BPGi member and a strong supporter of independent dealers. Their role in forming BLOC Group is an exciting new chapter, and we’re delighted to see them shaping such a positive step forward for the industry. We look forward to the benefits BLOC will bring to the dealer community in the UK and internationally.”
