According to Nemo, 2019 is set to see UK online spending grow even further, on top of the predicted 14% growth of 2018. Therefore, they have recommended a few ways businesses can make sure their website meets the most up to date requirements for SEO.

These tips include:

• Offering alternatives for out of stock items
• Use URLs for effectively to link around your site, as well as guiding people to the products they need
• Add “coming soon” pages to build anticipation
• Make sure people can find you easily on Google with bespoke meta descriptions
• Don’t forget to include internal site search!
• Use imagery as well as punchy titles and short wording
